Working in energized environments drives greater productivity and creativity. In energized organizations, employees are more likely to be engaged in their work and be loyal to the organization. This is not wishful thinking but studied in some of the most comprehensive research undertaken in business. The steps to an energized workplace are ones that both leaders and employees can implement. This workshop unveils the most important aspects leading toward organizational success and empowers employees and leaders to foster these aspects in their daily work.
