2011 Session: Self-Talk, Other-Talk: Power and Productivity
High performers, individuals who achieve prominence in their field, have a unique inner dialogue that unleashes their optimum performance. Our internal conversation determines much of our external actions and reactions to both success and challenge. Learning, honing, and using powerful self-talk is an effective means to unleash personal power and productivity. Simultaneously, high performing employees also know how to unleash the best in others.Words have incredible power to either encourage or discourage productivity. Leveraging the optimal words and phrases allows others to hear us better, even in difficult conversations, and be excited about what we ask them to do.

2011 Session: Impression Management
